C.O.S.S. = Children of the Slums and Sets, Children of the Summer and Spring, Children of the Soil and Sand, Children of the Sound and Silence, Children of the Seasons Seeking….The breakdown has many interpretations but they all have the same meaning, every black child has immeasurable worth and the potential to do something great, every black child matters.
