Toni Romiti Shares “Afraid” Visuals

After tapping Russ for an assist on “Perfect Time” earlier in the month, singer Toni Romiti has returned with a new clip for the previously-released “Afraid.”

The track is a Romiti staple as the basketball star-turned-R&B upstart explores self-worth through the lens of a broken heart, resorting to relatable lyrics that have made quickly made her a favorite among many as she sings, “She’s afraid to be alone/So she always got a man/But they always do her wrong/And now we’re back to where it all began.”

“I just want people to know that they aren’t alone,” she previously told Hypebae of her process in writing and creating music. “I want people to know that someone else is going through the same thing that they’re going through.
