01 Feb “Jay E Presents” is Everything St. Louis Needed to Get Back on the Map.
Superstar Producer, Jason “Jay E ” Epperson’s newest compilation is filled with a lot of hits and talent from St. Louis. Something we’ve never really seen before. Jay E has done something that no one has done. We can’t imagine how something like this would have played out when some of St. Louis’ biggest stars were dominating the billboards, nevertheless lets hope this is a start for a city that isn’t really known for coming together.

Nelly, Chingy, J.R, Fresco Kane and more all made the cut for Jay E Presents but here’s one of our favorites from the album. Tef Poe’s “Smoker’s Anthem.” Jay E says that this project exemplifies the love he has for the city that made him a multi-platinum selling producer. “I wish we could have done it before but there’s a time for everything and I’m happy that we’re all working together and building something that really represents where we’re from. Make no mistake about it. St. Louis has a lot of great talent and we have a place in hip hop that no one can take from us and the numbers to show for that. Im happy that we have new music for everyone and I love that everyone rocks with Tef Poe and likes the new music,” said Jay E. We agree Tef Poe is the future of hip hop in its rawest element.
