So, tell me how you became a photographer? I have always been interested in creating unique works of “art” since a young age, through High School I was very involved in Art also a member of the High School Year Book. “This was pre-digital art”. Soon after high school, I began commissioning murals and canvas paintings. At the age of 28, I began broadening my “art” outlets, I have been captivated by the endless possibilities of a Digital Photograph.

So, what are your thoughts on the current state of photography, with so many ways to do it for less?

You know, what I always say about that is, you can go buy a camera, and take photographs yourself, what each of my clients is paying for is my creativity. Each photograph is a piece of art. Quality and Creativity are two main characteristics of a great photographer.

Who were you mostly influenced by, with your style? I am influenced by many artists such as, Annie Leibovitz and Edward Steichen, each having their own spin on photography.

How should more clients approach  a photographer? Clients should do their homework when choosing a photographer for an event, looking at Print Portfolio’s, of each photographer ( not only online) ,and asking friends to see if they have a photographer they’ve had good experiences in the past.
