1. Why didn’t anyone fight back?

Nearly 100 Batman fans packed the Aurora, Colorado theater at midnight to watch their superhero defeat another supervillain.When a REAL supervillain showed up at the theater, there were no REAL superheroes in the crowd willing to tackle, trip, stab, kick or punch him out. Terrified witnesses described fleeing, ducking, playing dead and screaming but they gave no descriptions of anyone fighting back in any way. Not even the military moviegoers in the crowd fought back. “Jennifer Seeger” was so close to the shooter, his bullet casings were falling on her head. “There were bullet casings just falling on my head. They were burning my forehead,” said Jennifer. “Every few seconds it was just…boom, boom, boom,” she said. “He would RELOAD and shoot and anyone who would try to leave would just get killed.”

Reload??? To reload, the gunman needed to PAUSE. He had to makemultiple reloads and multiple pauses to fire 100 rounds of ammunition. One report said the gunman’s rifle jammed which would have created an even longer pause. Since empty shell casings were reportedly falling on people, they were within arms’ reach of the guy, yet nobody rushed him. The Daily Mail reported that a child was shot at point blank range. The family just gathered around screaming.What? If the child was shot at point blank range, the shooter was right beside them! Why didn’t the family tackle the shooter instead of screaming?!!!

2. Why would a mass murderer on a rampage calmly surrender to police without resistance?

James Holmes, a Ph.D neuroscience student, painted his hair red and referred to himself as “The Joker” from the DC Comics-inspired Batman movie series. Holmes’ calm surrender to police doesn’t fit the behavior of a crazed and violent gunman acting out his super villain fantasies of murder and mayhem.

3. Why would the shooter warn the police that his apartment was booby-trapped with explosives if he wanted to kill people?

After his arrest, Holmes reportedly told police about explosives in his residence. Police evacuated the surrounding buildings and searched the killers booby-trapped apartment using robotic cameras. Holmes’ apartment was booby trapped to kill whoever entered it. Why would a killer bent on mass murder, tell the police about his surprise bomb back at his apartment?

4. Why was the shooter behaving completely out of character?

Was James Holmes Really the shooter? No one saw the face of the shooter in the theater because it was covered by a gas mask. The shooter acted with the precision and sophistication of a well-trained, killing-machine commando killing 12 people and wounding 59 as he opened fire. James Holmes reportedly had no criminal arrest record and had absolutely no military training in his known background. By all accounts, Holmes doesn’t fit the mass murderer profile at all. According to news reports, Holmes has no criminal history and has been described by friends and neighbours as “shy”, “quiet” “unassuming”, “smart”, clean cut” and “not dangerous”. His sudden and violent rampage was completely out of character. The killer came from a “Mayberry” style bedroom community in California. His churchgoing family lives on a hilly street of well-kept two-story houses with red-tiled roofs where neighbors wave to each other when passing on the street. Neighbors are in shock. They can’t reconcile their “Jimmy” Holmes — quiet, good-looking, “a brainiac” from a good family — with the 24-year-old mass murderer in a Colorado jail.

“His parents are really nice people, very personable,” said a neighbor. “That’s kind of what has everyone floored. You’d never think it would happen to a family like that.”

The shooter’s mother and father excelled in the sciences. His mother, Arlene Rosemary Holmes, is a registered nurse. His father, Robert M. Holmes Sr,. is a senior scientist in the San Diego office of FICO. FICO sells a product called Falcon Fraud Manager for banks and corporations, which is a neural network-based application. He had degrees fromStanford, UCLA and Berkeley — and his son showed signs of following in those overachieving footsteps before the Colorado mass murder. Holmes ran cross-country and played soccer at Westview High School. After graduating in 2006, he completed an 8 week internship at the Salk Institute and Miramar College’s biotechnology “boot camp.” Billy Kromka, a pre-med student at the University of Colorado, worked with Holmes for three months last summer as a research assistant in a lab of at the Anschutz Medical Campus. “It was just shocking, because there was no way I thought he could have the capacity to commit an atrocity like this…He spent much of his time immersed in the computer, often participating in role-playing online games…”, said Kromka. WasJames Holmes, a Ph.D neuroscience student, involved in mind-altering neuroscience research? His super villain role-playing actions during his mass murdering rampage show a strange detachment from reality. One of his courses was “the biological basis of psychiatric and neurological disorders.”

Did James Holmes submit to a neuroscience experiment that triggered a neurological and psychiatric disorder which caused his killing spree?

5. Why would the shooter’s own mother tell the news media, “you have the right person”?

When ABC News contacted the shooter’s mother, Arlene Rosemary Holmes, at her home in San Diego, she said, “You have the right person…I need to call the police… I need to fly out to Colorado.” Why would a caring mother speak to the news media and “accuse” her own son of mass murder before checking the facts and talking to her son first? How was she so sure they had the right guy??? Did he phone her and say, “Hi, mom. By the way, I’m going to murder some people, so if the news media calls you, tell them they’ve got the right guy, okay?”.

6. Where did the shooter get his military training, equipment and funds?

Holmes used 4 guns in the attack. An AR-15 assault rifle, two glock pistols and a shotgun. He had a knife, a bullet roof vest, a ballistic helmet, a gas device, a gas mask and military SWAT clothing. Unidentified explosives were also found in Holmes’ car. He wore a gas mask, a ballistic helmet and vest as well as leg, groin and throat protectors during the shooting. Pictures from inside the apartment show a very sophisticated maze of trip wires, mortars and flammable devices. Where did the shooter get the training and the funds to build a complex maze of flammable booby-traps?Was Holmes selected for a mission and given ballistic equipment to carry it out? Who equipped him with exotic military gear? Was it someone with connections to military equipment? As an unemployed medical student, how did Holmes afford approximately $20,000 in weapons gear? How does an unemployed medical student afford all the complex weapons gear, bomb-making gear, “flammable” booby trap devices, ammunition, multiple magazines, bullet-proof vest, groin protection, ballistic helmet, SWAT uniform and all the rest of it? Where does an unemployed medical school student get the training to deploy sophisticated booby traps, tactical body armor, weapons systems and more? Certainly not in graduate school! Did a third party influence, teach, equip and fund the shooter?

7. How did the shooter live in his booby trapped apartment without accidentally setting anything off?

According to news reports, UPS and Fed Ex and the USPS were constantly delivering packages to Holmes’ apartment? The media is reporting that 90 packages were delivered. All of the ammunition was purchased over the internet: 6000 rounds plus his other killing gear.

8. Who Was The Shooter’s Accomplice?

Movie theater staff won’t even allow personal snacks into a theater…so how did Holmes sneak all of his ballistic equipment into the theater?Eyewitness, Corbin Dates, told reporters, “I noticed that a person came up to the front row, the front right, sat down, and as credits were going, it looked like he got a phone call. He went out toward the emergency exit doorway…and it seemed like he probably pried it open, or probably did not let it latch all the way.” Corbin also said, “the person seemed to be “signaling somebody” or “looking for somebody to come his way…as soon as the movie started, somebody came in, all black, gas mask, armor, and threw a gas can into the audience, and it went off, and then there were gunshots that took place.” Emergency door exit ??? Emergency exit doors at movie theater have alarms on them. When you open the door, the alarm goes off! There were no reports of an alarm sounding when the shooter burst into the theater. Why didn’t the alarm go off at the theater that night?  The shootermust have known that the EMERGENCY DOOR ALARM wouldn’t go off. How did he know that??? Either the shooter disabled the alarm or an accomplice disabled it for him – maybe with the help of someone who worked at the theater? The shooter had a perfect parking spot right outside the exit door. Did someone open the emergency exit door for the shooter as the eyewitness reported OR did the shooter enter the theater in plain clothes, open the exit door and keep it ajar while he went to his car and changed into his villain gear? In addition to a profile on adultfinder.com, Holmes had a profile active on the dating website, Match.com. On both profiles, Holmes wrote a message to viewers which said ‘Will you visit me in prison?’

9. Who Profited From The Massacre?

The “timely” massacre occurred just in time for a vote on the UN Global Small Arms Treaty. The vote will take place next week andcould result in gun confiscation across America! The UN treaty could override national sovereignty and provide license for the federal government to assert preemptive powers over state regulatory powers. James Holmes was on a “mission”. His mission was to cause high drama, terror and mayhem and attract 24/7 national news coverage of the massacre, a Presidential visit with victims and flashback coverage of similar massacres (Columbine and the Norway slaughter). The job of media insiders is to use the massacre to rally support for gun confiscation legislation. (http://lewrockwell.com/eddlem/eddlem61.1.html)
